How to Order

1 Add Product

Select the product you want and add it to your cart.

2 Place Order & Pay

Once you've selected all items, click "Order and Pay".

3 Review Order Details

Check your items and prices. Fill in your delivery information and click “Place Order”.

4 Make a Payment

Transfer the total amount to our bank account:

5 Confirm Payment

Go to the "Confirm Payment" page, upload your payment slip, and click "Submit".

6 Wait for Delivery

Your product will be delivered within 2–3 business days.

Claim Policy

7 Damaged During Delivery

If your product is damaged during transport, please take photos and contact us immediately.

8 Product Defect

If the product has any defects, we will verify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All frozen products must be stored below -15°C

Must be frozen for at least 15 hours before shipping
